We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
